Olson Land and Cattle Beef is owned and operated by us, Trevor and Tristan Olson. We raise Angus beef cattle along with row crops on a fourth-generation farm in central South Dakota. All reservations for bulk beef will be for beef ready in January 2025. These spots will go fast so make sure to reserve yours before its too late! Currently, we do have a variety of retail cuts on hand for those looking to fill their freezers with beef before winter! Only while supplies last.
