Custom bulk beef gives you the option to grind part or all of the Round Steak and Roast cuts. You can then decide if you would like to keep it all as ground beef or get some pre-made patties. 
 
Custom One Quarter Beef: $850.00 total price plus tax

Your Custom One Quarter Beef will include the following processed and packaged items:

T-Bones (16-22 oz each): 5 lbs
Ribeyes (12-18 oz each): 10 lbs
Sirloins  (8-12 oz each): 10 lbs
 Round Steak (1 lb/pkg) : 0- 10 lbs
Roasts (2-3 Ibs/roast): 0- 20 lbs
Ground Beef (1 Ib/pkg): 45 Ibs. PLUS any additional you choose to grind above. 
Patties (1/4 Ib 4 Per Pkg.): 0-30 Ibs
