- Sirloins (8-12 oz each): 40 lbs
- Round Steak (1 lb/pkg) : 0- 40 lbs
- Roasts (2-3 Ibs/roast): 0- 80 lbs
- Ground Beef (1 Ib/pkg): 180 Ibs. PLUS any additional you choose to grind above.
- Patties (1/4 Ib 4 Per Pkg.): 0-120 Ibs
